Former Alpena County Fair Board Treasurer arrested and released

Thirty-seven year old Bradley Alan Avery was arrested last night at a Long Lake Road residence.Avery is facing one count of child sexually abusive material, three counts of capturing and distributing image of an unclothed person and one count of computers using to commit a crime. We previously reported, Avery was charged with embezzling money from the Alpena County Fair Broad where he once served as treasurer.Since the arrest, the 37 year old has posted bond and has been released.
