We understand the man was hit by a truck as he walked up the hill.  The accident happened at around 4.20 this morning, with gardai appealing for witnesses to come forward.The N13 Ballybofey Stranorlar road is closed from the Dry Arch as a result, with diversions in place via Cullion Road.
